The Student Organizer

Teachers post homework, assignments, quizzes, tests, news, files, photos and events to the classes they teach.
Parents and students see all of the content relevant to each student in their personal Organizer.
The student's calendar in the Organizer provides a full view of school related dates, with assignments and work from different courses and activities listed and color-coded.
The Organizer also includes student grades, published Report Cards and Progress Reports, the student's schedule, and a tool to email the student's teachers.

Teachers can also use the Organizer to see at a glance all of the work they have assigned and scheduled in their courses.
The Test and Quiz Calendar, which displays already scheduled tests and quizzes, helps teachers schedule their own tests and quizzes accordingly.
Administrators can pull up any Organizer, by student, teacher, class, subject, or division, to see all classwork and homework assigned in the relevant courses.

Communication with Home

In addition to classwork and grades, the organizer also includes a newsboard for class and school related news and files.
The Student Organizer guarantees students and parents are fully informed and up-to-date on what is going on in class and in school.
Reduce the amount of emails parents receive: instead of each teacher and the school sending individual emails, communicate via posting in the Organizer. Parents will get a single email summary at the end of each day.
